There are hundreds of free Drupal themes to be chosen from and the benefit of using them is that you will not need to worry about the coding side of the website. You can have a stylish design and look to your website for very little work.
However, the problem is that your website will not be unique so you will need to start looking for ways to make your website stand out. It is possible to change the themes slightly to add your unique style. This can be done simply through the colors used but you could also make some changes to the CSS code if you know how to do it. You could even hire someone to do that part for you.
Another option is to go for the premium templates, which will cost money. This is not something that all website owners will look at because they will want to keep the costs down for their design. However, the fewer web sites that have the design, the less confused people could become.
